Orders cancellation can be requested within 24 hours from the moment you ordered. Kawaii Creed will charge a restocking fee of 5.00 USD on this cancellation.
We do not guarantee cancellation of orders during any period and we reserve the right to process your order. Once canceled, the amount refund will be initiated within 5 business days. It may take up to 10 business days additional (in terms of the bank processing time) to show up in your bank statement.
