Processing Time
Orders are processed in 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. All orders ship with tracking. Delays from customs or couriers may occur.

Correct Shipping Information
Customers must provide accurate addresses. Once an order is placed, shipping details cannot be changed. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect information.

Non-Deliverable or Refused Packages
Packages returned as undeliverable or refused will have a $15 handling fee deducted from the refund.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered,” please contact the courier. We do not refund packages marked as delivered or stolen after delivery.

Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees charged by their country.

Warehouses
Orders may ship from our North America or Asia warehouses depending on stock.

Rural Deliveries
Add 1–3 business days for delivery to remote addresses.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours.
Cancellation fees:
– $20 per order
– Orders above $400: $20 + 4.5% of order value
Cancellations are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Order Changes
Changes (address, size, product) are allowed within 12 hours.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if:

1. Your order never arrives (tracking does not show delivery), or
2. You requested cancellation within 12 hours.
   Incorrect size or change of mind is not eligible for a refund.

Returns for Defective Items Only
Defective or damaged products can be returned within 15 days.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection.

Items Not Eligible
– Incorrect size orders
– Change of mind
– Sale items (unless defective)
– Returns after 15 days
– Items damaged by customer misuse

Partial Refunds
Issued only if the returned item is late, incomplete, or damaged for reasons not caused by us.
